In a bowl add maida, salt and mix thoroughly so that salt mixes well
Now add curd and required water and make a dough
Knead the dough for about 15min and apply oil to it and allow to rest for about 4hrs
The more you allow to rest the more fluffy it is
In general if I prepare for lunch then I will prepare dough in the morning
After 4hrs make small balls out of the dough and flatten that is make roti shape
Now apply water to one side of thr flatten roti and place that side onto the high heated pan
Now turn the pan such that roti gets direct heat from the stove
You will observe it starts to become fluffy now turn pan back again and roat the other side
After they get roasted both the sides apply butter and serve hot with curry
